The BehaviouralFeatures package (9.1.) introduces BehaviouralFeature and Parameter (9.2). This is still abstract, but we can already imagine the concret implementation of an operation with a set of parameters.
The behavioralFeature provides a namspace for the parameters
But it doesn't own the parameters
A parameter can be only associated to one BehavioralFeature
A parameter may have a type
A parameter may have a name
If it has a name, it can be refered by the name, otherwise only by the position (isOrdered)
