We appreciate your patience as we improve our online experience.
For a commercial company, especially in regulated environment, the GPL contains so much constraints that our company decided to 'ban' GPL'ed components. Period.
If, however, you could change to LGPL, everything was fine.
LGPL is, IMHO, much better fitting to libraries as yours, as it allows to create commercial products with a more closed source and closed devellopment system.
For example we, as a medical device producer, have to assure identity and fittnes of any of our products, wich in allmost all cases collides with the GPL-requirement to publish all the sources and enable anyone to change and recreate a changed complete product.
