unrecoverable error on roboRIO - safe mode failed

Same issue, we have successfully imaged the SD Card, but rio status light is still blinking and we imaging tool cant find rio....  What to do next?

The issue this thread was for is something specific to the original roboRIO device and isn't the same as yours.

Pay special attention to the name of the desired image.  If that doesn't work, please come and create a new thread so we can focus on your situation to help get you unblocked 😃
