SD card can not be removed

Have a Roborio V2 that we can not remove the SD card. At one of our competitions an FRC tech installed/forced an SD card the wrong way. We were able to get that card out and install a new card. But now this card is stuck. The Roborio does boot ok.

Team 3179 ordered and just received a Roborio 2.0 from AndyMark yesterday. The SD card was removed (not easily) and flashed. When returning the sd card it did not go to the correct side of the metalic SD reader. Now, the SD card is so far down we can not get it out. Andy Mark said we needed to come here to get a warranty request started. Please instruct us on what the next steps are.
