Keyboard Shortcuts: CTRL-Space then CTRL-D

If on the following Block Diagram you select the Add node and then perform a CTRL-Space followed by a CTRL-D.   What operation will LabVIEW (2009 onwards) perform?

 

a) LabVIEW will delete the Add node and maintain the wire between the Subtract and Multiplication nodes

b) LabVIEW will delete all nodes with incomplete input wiring

c) LabVIEW will create a Constant (containing 0) and automatically wire it to the unwired terminal of the Add node

d) LabVIEW will create a Control and automatically wire it to the unwired terminal of the Add node
