- Supports NI STS 2X Edge Multiplier capability; very handy for testing high speed devices;

- Reading STIL, WGL, VCD, EVCD is so much faster than before.  Most sessions achieve hours-down-to-minutes performance increase!

- TimeTable.  If you're dealing with VCD/EVCD files from design, check out this automation module built-in to TD-ScanPRO.  It automatically discovers timing in the VCD/EVCD file and auto-assigns NI STS formats.
