bootstrap new system (systemlink client) bring-up

When I try to download Systemlink Client from the command line I get "The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect."

To sanity check, I tried to manually navigate to the URL you use to download the Systemlink Client. Chrome gives me a 403 Forbidden error when I try to manually navigate to that webpage.

Any ideas?

Oh nevermind. I didn't specify the full path of nipkg.exe so Windows wasn't able to find it, hence the incorrect syntax error
