Upgrade issue SL 18.5 - ni-package-builder

Hi,

I just tried to upgrade SL from 18.2.2 to SL 18.5.

I ran into the following error message with the sw selection as shown:

The system has no LabVIEW installed, just SystemLink.

This is an issue with NI Package Manager that is caused by NI switching from feeds hosted via HTTP to feeds hosted via HTTPS. If you go into the feed management tab in NIPM, can you remove the old NI Package Builder feeds (ni-package-builder-labview-support_18-0_released and ni-package-builder-labview-support_18-0_released-critical)? Once you do that, that error should go away.

Thanks, the process continues as expected when I remove the old feed.

But now, the installation keeps timing out although my internet connection is 200+Mbit/s. Are there known issues with the feed/package service?
