Unable to view available packages using System Management in 2021R1

Just upgraded to SystemLink 2021, and I'm unable to view the Available Package list using the System Management page. It gets stuck in an infinite loop waiting for the available packages to show (see below). This tab was working fine on 20.6 version.

Checked the logs and it seems like the PackageRepository service is crashing and restarting nonstop because of a bad JSON deserialization. 

 

Did any of you guys experienced this and if so what did you do to fix this?
