Giving users access only to certain systems (or groups of systems)

I'd like to create user accounts and give certain users access to manage certain systems (e.g. make them an admin of a specific system, so they can control package installations on that specific system). I know that users, roles, and privileges exist, yet I'm not sure if these will do what I want. I want fine grained control over which users can access specific systems (as well as tags, applications, etc.).

Is what I'm trying to do possible?

Unfortunately, it isn't currently possible to grant a user access to a limited set of systems or tags.  For now, we recommend setting up separate servers if you need to grant admin access to different systems.

It is worth noting this is a very common request, so it is something we are actively tracking and hope to provide in the future.
