This PXI-2530B was installed and ran on the PXI system for 9 months continuously.
Recently, the station is not function properly. After replacing the new PXI-2530B, the station works normally again.
To confirm the board issues, we placed the [defective] board back to the PXI system, it failed again.
The PXI system was purchased on June 12,2012 with NI Standard System Assurance Program.
Please send us the RMA number.

Heng,
The best method to RMA a device would be to speak with your sales representative, and request an RMA.
The other option would be to go to http://www.ni.com/support/ and click "Contact an Engineer" or call 1-866-ASK-MYNI (1-866-275-6964) to speak to a customer service representative.
