I need to know about the realys capacitance, leakage current, insulation resistance, etc for the relays used in NI switch family. particularly scxi 1127.
Differential channel capacitance on the SCXI-1127 with an SCXI-1331 terminal block is on the order of 300pF. If you use the SCXI High Voltage Analog Bus (HVAB), it will add about 20-50pF to the signal path.
Insulation resistance between the differential pair is >500 GOhms. This value was determined by closing all relays in the matrix configuration and measuring between the differential terminals.
Open contact isolation of the relays is specified by the vendor as >1 GOhm.
