How to use 2527 Independent Topology to connect two signals

I am new to the 2527 but I do understand its extremely useful for multipexing signals to the DMM for measurement.

I see it has lots of relays and would like to be able to make/break relays not multi-plexed.

Can I use some signals as traditional make/break relays and others as multi-plexed signals?

Hi johnwhoffman,

Yes, you can. You can find some very helpful information about this in the NI Switches Help, which can be found by navigating on your Windows machine to Start>>All Programs>>National Instruments>>NI-SWITCH>>NI-SWITCH Documentation>>NI Switches Help>>Devices>>NI PXI/PXIe-2527>>Independent Topology.  This can also be found by right-clicking your device in MAX and expanding the NI PXI/PXIe-2527 menu and selecting Independent Topology.
