I'm trying to use the NI Switch1193 with the DMM4096. But when i try to initialize the switch i receive one error because of the NISWITCH32.DLL. I have installed the NI-DAQ 7.0 but the error remains, does any one knows the solution for this problem?
If you are using the National Instruments DMM NI-4060 you will not be able to control the SCXI-1193. The SCXI-1193 requires a DAQmx device such as a DMM NI-4070 or NI-4021.
Check the NI Switches Getting Started Guide Table 1. Note 1: The NI 4060 can control only the SCXI-1127/1128/1129/1160/1161/1163R/1190/1191/1192 switch modules configured under Traditional NI-DAQ Devices in MAX.
The SCXI_1193 needs to be configured under DAQmx with a DAQmx controller.
