Can I put termocouples direct in a pxi-2532 switch without signal conditioning? Which differences will occur in my measurement?

This board is not recommended for use with thermocouples.

I'll put here the link with the specifications of two boards of the switch type that is recommended for use with thermocouples. Please take a look at its specifications.

About your second question, if you put termocouples without any signal conditioning your measure may not be sufficiently precise.
