ROBOTIC ARM CAPS SELECTOR BY ARTIFICIAL VISION

The robot arm lets us make movements with more accuracy and precision. That is because it can do the same movement several times without mistakes. With the robot arm we can choose top of bottles by its color (yellow- red).

Inside of this research, this project will use the subject of system control to maintain the balance of the engine which controls the robot arm. Also, the project will use the robotic to select plastic objects by using the artificial vision. Besides, it will use mechatronic design for the whole system. And finally, mechatronic project designs that embraces the coordination and execution of the whole project.

El brazo robótico nos permite realizar movimientos con mayor exactitud y precisión de tal manera que se puede realizar el mismo movimiento varias veces sin cometer errores; con la ayuda del brazo robóticos podremos seleccionar tapas de botellas por su color (amarillo - rojo).

Dentro del estudio de este proyecto se hará uso de la materia de Sistemas de Control para realizar la estabilización de los motores del brazo, Robótica para la selección de los objetos plásticos mediante la aplicación de visión artificial, Diseño Mecatrónico para el diseño completo del sistema y Proyectos de Desarrollo en Mecatrónica que abarcará la coordinación y ejecución de todo el proyecto en conjunto.
