Please help me to generate pulse train at USB-6501 output port using signal express

I want to output pulses to control a stepper motor for testing.

What would be the characteristics of the pulse train that you need to generate? Does it need to be a certain frequency, amplitude, and duty cycle? Normally, you would want to use a counter, but the only counter on the USB-6501 is only capable of edge detection, so you will likely have to use a digital output.
