Need Microsecond time stamping in TDMS file format.

I have used oscilloscope (Tektronix MSO4104) connected to a PC that used SignalExpress free version. Signals are saved under TDMS file format. There is also one TXT file which is introducing the specification of saved data. These specifications are as follows:

Log name: 04/16/2011 02:00:23 PM

User: Administrator

File name: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\SignalExpress Data\04162011_020023_PM\MSO4104(CH1).tdms

File size: 57.1482MB

Log duration (s): 1.19809k

Log dt (s): 400n

Log iteration length (s): 400m

Number of sample in log: 7000000

Log datatype: Time-WDT-Real

Unit: V

Log start time: 4/16/2011 14:03:41.932

Log version: SignalExpress 2.5

Log signal names:

     04/16/2011 02:00:23 PM - MSO4104(CH1)

In LOG START TIME line we can see (4/16/2011 14:03:41.932) means millisecond time stamping.

In my project I need to have us (microsecond) time stamping means (14:03:41.932XXX)

Can I reach to this precise time stamping if I buy full version of signal express?

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Timestamps in TDMS are saved in a binary format which has 5×10-20s resolution, far more than most hardware can handle.  This is included in all versions of SignalExpress.  It is the conversion to text which is the issue.  Most mainstream analysis packages can read TDMS directly (e.g. Excel). Look for support on either the NI or your manufacturer's website.  Is there a specific reason you are converting to a text file?

In my project I should calculate the precise difference time between two arrived signals. So I need  microsecond time stamping for both signals. When I open TDMS file in EXEL . I can see point by point of my signal.but still I can not see microsecond time stamping.like this(14:03:41.932XXX).
I need a first point, time stamping of my signal. (in microseconds).if I can see first point time stamping of both signals so I can reach to answer.
Also I've converted TDMS to LVM in LabView, and open it with notepad.still millisecond time stamp.??
How can I see microsecond or nanosecond time stamping of my TDMS file?
