Channels names in a custom step with 1D waveform output

As there's no native way to get CAN data in SignalExpress I'm creating a custom step to read CAN data as a waveform. Things are working except for the fact that I get data in data[0], data[1], data[n] instead of signals name from the CAN input as it is the case when I run this in Labview.

How to rename each individual channel in my custom step?

I've attached a demo of the problem with DAQmx read as this can be run in simulated hardware and there's no need to have real hardware.

It's a Labview 2015 version, running in SignalExpress 2015.

I forgot to mention, but this is what I'm doing and I wanted to avoid. It's much better than having data[n] names. With about 20 signals it doesn't take too much time, but it's annoying.

Will put that as a request for future versions.
