Hello,
I attached here my block diagram. My problems are the following:
1. What should i do the connection of the control like the numeric and amplitude should be as control and at the same time be as indicator. whatever the value of the numberic should be the same as the amplitude and vice versa. As of now, the control is the numeric, and the indicator is the amplitude and frequency.
2. in the waveform format, how can i put three kinds of waveforms: sine, square and triangle wave? can i use combo? how will i connect it if i use the combo?
3. How can i adjust the time interval?
Please help me. Thank you.

There are many ways to do this, you will want to look at front panel object references: http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361L-01/lvconcepts/controlling_front_panel_objects/. You may also want to look at event structures.

Use a case structure.
3. How can i adjust the time interval?
This will need more elaboration. The frequency dictates the output period of your signal.
All things considered, this forum board is for the Signal Generator products that NI makes. You will have better luck reposting this in the LabVIEW Discussion Forums. http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/bd-p/170. You will have more people who are interested in solving LabVIEW problems in that forum and therefore are more likely to get an answer.
