Which ground do I use for FT01 when having a 15 volt?

I have a scc 2345 and I am wiring a Feed Trhough Module. I have -15V comming in and need a ground. The question is which ground do I use? There looks to be two. Pad 5 says it is a 15V gound and pad 3 says it is a ground. Do they tie into the same place? Does it matter which I use?

All the ground points are tied to the same point.
