As we require the exact voltage being inputed to the SCXI-1102B we are keen to have the filter response charecteristics of this module.
Does the EProm on the module take care of any signal loss due to the filter response not being perfectly linear

You can take a look at the manual on the web it talks about lowpass filters.
www.ni.com/support then product manuals and just type in SCXI 1102.
