Hello,
I want to measure voltage into 50 ohm input impedance of in high speed digitizer.
bandwidth of signal is upto 500Mhz and voltage is upto 250V peak.
Before buying digitizer, I checked effect of input impedance as 50 ohm, voltage used here 230V AC using active diffrential probe.
DSO showed 183V instead of 230V in 50 ohm termination.
I believe same thing will happen with digitizer, then how can i measure correct values in digitizer, cause it do not have 1Mohm input impedance.

500 MHz and up to 250 V into a 50 Ohm load? Shure?
Get a 1.5 kW 20dB attenuator 😄
Current can make you small, black and ugly ...
However I have the impression that you want something different... but dealing with high voltage and not really cheap digitizers and don't know how to ask questions or define your requirements ....
