Transfer audio signal to LINE-OUT connector

Hi all, Is there any way to transfer the audio signal which is generated by means of a Built-in speaker on the motherboard to the Line-Out connector? Baiscally, i want to acquire the voltage signal and view it on the oscilloscope. But the problem is that the signal is not on the " LINE-OUT Connector ", it is on the buit-in speaker on the motherboard. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you using LabVIEW or other National Instruments products to acquire or analyze this signal or are you simply wanting to pass the sounds generated from the on-board speaker to the line-out connector?
