If you are able to acquire data from your DAQ board, you should be able to do it from the SCXI module as well.
I'm saying that because the method to do DAQ from SCXI modules is exactly the same as doing from the DAQ board. The only difference is the way you do the channel addressing. For more infgormation on how to address SCXI modules, refer to the SCXI Users Manual.
