SCXI 1581 Channel Iconstant = 78uA

Can I further diagnose a SCXI-1581 channel with an incorrect Iconstant value or must the board be returned to NI for repair?  One channel measures 78uA dc directly at the connector pins with no other connections made.  All the other channels measure correctly at 100uA dc.
