Replacement Power Supply for SC-2345 (with SCC-PWR02)

Years ago, our group purchased a SC-2345 with the SCC-PWR02 option as part of a full DAQ system.  The power supply for the SC-2345 chassis (described below) recently went bad.  The power supply does not appear to be manufactured by NI.

Question:  Where can I purchase a replacement power supply for a SC-2345 (with SCC-PWR02)?  Did this power supply (even though it doesn't mention NI) likely come with the SCC-2345?

Would the power supply come with SCC-PWR02 (part: 183971-02)?  What exactly comes with that part (the card to insert into the SC2345, the transformer, or both)?

Depending on which package you choose from the product website (http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/en/nid/10778) you are able to purchase different power supply packages. for instance the SC-2345 (777722-03) package includes the AC supply. If you would like to only purchase the power supply, you may be able to do this by contacting your account representative.
