I would like to read the data from a (pressure) sensor and considering a NI solution. The pressure sensor is available either with a 4-20 mA or a 0-5 V output.

 

I think I know how to read the signal (NI9219), but I am unsure about the power supply: The 4-20 mA version has a recommended input of 10 to 40 V, the 0-5 V version 24 to 32 V.

 

How is this input voltage typically supplied in NI configurations?
