How to generate a voltage signal (from FPGA target) as an input for other FPGA target in one labview project?

Please help me. This is my very first time using the labview app

 

I want to built two fpga target in one labview project. How can i do, if i want to built the first fpga target as an input voltage for the other fpga target?

 

I have tried to download a sample signal generation for labview FPGA on this site https://forums.ni.com/t5/Example-Code/Sinusoidal-Waveform-Generation-with-LabVIEW-FPGA-Sine-Generato...

 

but the example project cannot be opened in Labview 2017, because the sample project uses the old Labview version

 

I am very grateful and hope the experts can help me solve this problem
