Is it possible to convert an SCXI-1102 to an SCXI-1102B or SCXI-1102C ?

NO, you cannot do that!

They are 3 seperate hardwares

Althrough these three cards may seem similiar superficially, One of the distinguishing features is this: Each card type has a unique cut-off frequency for its oboard filters.

and its not advisible to  tamper with the hardware features to convert SCXI 1102 to B or C!
