Hello Dave,
It sounds as though your PCMCIA card is not installed properly. To verify the installation, disconnect your chassis and launch Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX). You should see your device listed under Devices and Interfaces. Right-click on your your device and select Properties. Click Test Resources. If the device passes, try readding the chassis and repeating the test. Please let me know if the test fails in this case.
If the card failed with the chassis disconnected, do the following:
- Make sure you're running NI-DAQ 7.0. If not, uninstall the old driver and download the new driver at: <>
This will give you support under Traditi
onal NI-DAQ. Try the test again.
- Change PCMCIA slots
- Change laptops - be sure to install NI-DAQ 7 first.
