Acquirement in double buffered mode with a SCXI-1102 and the cold-junction temperature (CVI)

I need to acquire some temperatures with SCXI-1102, but under CVI, in the double buffered mode, the result seems to be a variation with the cold-junction temperature.
How can I include the measure of the cold-junction temperature without take a single point of this one at the start of acquirement.
(If I want to use the "SCXI_Scale" and "Thermocouple_Buf_Convert" function)

I'm attaching an CVI example showing how to do termocouple readings with the SCXI-1102 module. Use that example to double check if the same problem shows.
