Did you mean:

0-5v to 4-20ma

I have a transducer which outputs 0-5V signal , but I want that signal to convert it to a 4-20 ma signal. Is there any NI equipment capable to do that?

thank you.

I do not know of any NI signal conditioning to handle this.  A quick Google search led me to this: https://www.sensorsone.com/0-5v-to-4-20ma-signal-conversion/

You can probably do some search at a robotics and/or hobby site to find something smaller.

I used some ADAM 3014 modules (isolating, configureable ) in the past for industrial like use.

If you're capturing using a DAQ system, you can directly capture it as a 0-5V signal instead of converting it into a 4-20mA signal and then capturing it.

Additional information about the application will help to understand the reason behind conversion from 0-5V to 4-20mA signal.
