sbRIO 9606 connects than disconnect

Solved!

Hi all,

I have the same phenomenon with http://forums.ni.com/t5/Real-Time-Measurement-and/cRIO-Connects-then-disconnects/td-p/1884039 and http://forums.ni.com/t5/Real-Time-Measurement-and/cRIO-9073-Disconnects/m-p/1751378#M10637 .

But my hardware is sbRIO 9606. Can i use this method, " install the latest version of NI-TimeSync to the cRIO and PXI found here: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2819/lang/en" , to solve the problem?

Thanks a lot!!!

It is possible that the same recommendation would solve your problem as it does affect sbRIO boards as well.  The issue is very specific though and only afffects boards with a static IP address defined, running NI-TimeSync 1.1 with some other settings.  If you're using a static IP address on your 9606 and have NI-TimeSync 1.1 installed, I would definitely recommend upgrading the version of NI-TimeSync on your host PC and then on your 9606.
