pwm to control with compacRIO,frequency

Hello,i am trying to run the next code in labview through compactrio,but when i want to see the output signal in the oscilloscope, i don´t have the frequency which i would to have.For example duty cycle=50% and frequency=500Hz,and the signal which i see in the oscilloscope is like horizontal line,and it changes from 5 to 0V,but i can´t see a period signal. i tried to changed time/div in my oscilloscope and nothing..

what could i do to see a period signal in the oscilloscope?and don´t have the problem about the frequency

the oscilloscope works well because if i try to run the configuration of pwm for this digital output in the options which compactrio has, all is ok
