inputed sinal base line is not zero

my DAQ card is PCI-6023E. i used AI input to analysis differential signal, but the input base line is -10V, so the signal can not displayed in my computer, how can i change the base line to 0v, so i can display my -5~+5V signal??

The input mode of the 6023E is always bipolar (+-10V, +-5V, etc.). Once you have acquired the data into your application it is up to the GUI to determine how to display the data and what range to use on graph axes, etc. Please check with your user interface tools on how to change the scale and ranges of the indicators used to display your data.
