increase speed Program in cRIO

Using

  cRIO 9074

Please look at the VI in the attachment.

The Harmonics VI take 200 ms to execute with inputs ( 2500 Points in waveform, 65 order) in the cRIO 9074 but the same VI and same the inputs in the host the harmonics VI take 5 ms, Why and How solve this problem, because the time it's Very important in my project in cRIO.

Hello Spring,

The main difference is that the processor on your development system is much much faster than the processor on the cRIO-9074 controller. So a significant performance difference is expected.

Looking at your VI, I don't have any suggestions to improve the speed on the cRIO system.
