impedance NI 9401

Solved!

Hello,

I would like to acquire a 0/24V PWM signal with the NI 9401.

I'm trying to make a voltage divider(R1=2.375kohm, R2=0.625kohm) to lower the PWM signal to 0/5V.

This two values of my resistor will only work if the imput impedance the 9401's channel is greater than R2.

Is it ok to do it this way?

What is the input impedance of the NI 9401's channels ?

Thanks

Hi Debz,

Thank you for posting on National Instruments' forum.

The input impedance of the 9401 is 47Kohm, so it should work with your voltage divider.
