cvs problem with firmware

Hello

i am using the cvs. after I clear the system (IP-Adress 0.0.0.0) I changed the IP-Adress with NI-MAX and the system reboots.

After the reboot, the STATUS-LED is flashing 2 times. So I tried to update the OS but I can not do it. There is no update available. (installed version: 10.3 and new: 10.3)

How can I solved this problem??
