Hi @all,
I setup a new system with a cRio-9035 controller and a LabView 2021 version. Now I have the problem that I can't add the cRio to a project in LabView.
Even under the option "Add target and devices" the whole "Realtime CompactRio" folder is missing.
In the device manager and also in MAX I see the cRio controller and even update the software on it.
Some additional information to the system:
- host pc Windows 10
- LabView 2021
- LabVIEW FPGA Module 2021
- LabVIEW Real-Time Module 2021
- LabVIEW Professional Development System 2021
- NI CompactRIO 21.0
- on the cRIO-9035 controller: NI Linux RT - systemimage 21.0
I already found two posts with the same issue but couldn't solve the problem with them:
https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/LabVIEW-does-not-recognize-CompactRIO/m-p/4154425
https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019P6zSAE&l=de-DE
After this I checked the right order at installation (labview + fpga module + realtime module + driver), but it still doesn't work.
Does anyone else has an idea what the solution for this problem could be?
Thanks in advance!
