cRio FPGA aquire large amount of data

hello,

I'm quite new with using Labview and i have a problem that i deal with for a long time. I have a NI 9232 module and i have to aquire data using cRIO. I have to measure 256000 samples with a sampling rate of 25.6 kHz. So far i managed to measure only 1000 samples. From what i have already read i think it has something to do with the FIFO but i can't figure out how to solve the problem.

What part are you finding difficult to understand?  Was there something in the whitepaper that the thread pointed to that was unclear?
