cRIO file wrong modification time

I am currently using the cRIO 9030 and accessing it using the Remote File Browser (via Internet Explorer) in order to look at file directories and see what time/Modification Time certain files are created.

I have noticed that Modification Time for files are completely off. For example, if I create/write a file in the cRIO at 8:15am, the Modification Time for that file would be listed as 14:15 (the date is still correct).

I have checked the Time Configuration and the Current Time and Time Zone are correct.

Is there any reason for the wrong Modification Time?

Wondering if you ever found an answer for this? I've also noticed odd behavior where the modification time on the remote file browser is completely off, or sometimes even all the same when I know that is not the case. Would appreciate an update if you have one.
