cRIO 9074 with ni 9213 Thermocouple Type K Setting up

Hi guys,

I’m neu with Compact rio and working with CompactRio 9074 with Ni 9213 for my Masterthesis. Ich use Thermocouple Type K to measure the temperature of my actuator. My question ist how can i set the TC type to type K. My cRIO don’t habe the DAQmx Funktion. Ist it possible to set it up in NI MAX oder have to do it in LabVIEW Code? I have already insert TC type K into the 9213 and can read the room temperature. The reading temperature is wrong, when i heat the room up. It goes not like a type K.

If you are using Scan Engine mode, right-click and select Properties to configure the thermocouple type.

If you are using FPGA mode, the conversion is done on the RT side. Please refer to the shipping example <LabVIEW>\examples\CompactRIO\Module Specific\NI 9213\NI 9213 Getting Started
