I have a compact RIO 9074 used for Data acquisition( LabView 2018 (32 bit), NI RIO 18.0 as device driver). Every 2 or 3 weeks, the cRIO would go into safemode. By checking MAX, I would see under cRIO status: "Connected (Software error)". Also when it would occur, the orange status LED would flash twice. I checked the manual and specifications, and the LED light indicates that " the chassis has detected an error its software. This usually occurs when an attempt to upgrade the software is interrupted. Reinstall
software on the chassis."
My question would be, how to go about reinstalling the software on the chassis? I have attached a screenshot of the software on the cRio. I also want to point out that resetting the cRIO by pressing its reset button returns the cRio from safemode to normal operation.
