Hello,
I am unable to sync my cRIO-9012 with an external time server (I am using 129.6.15.28 from this list provided https://tf.nist.gov/tf-cgi/servers.cgi). I have followed the instructions here: (https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000000P6viSAC&l=en-CA) here and modified the ni-rt.ini file. Some other relevant info:
1) I have NI-TimeSync 15 installed on the cRIO, and am running LabVIEW Real Time 15.
2) The cRIO is connected via ethernet to a switch, which allows it access to the internet.
3) I am monitoring the communications coming from the cRIO, and it doesn't seem to even be querying the time server (this is where I think the issue is).
4) I have set the source.sntp.log field to true, but am not seeing any .txt file appear where it should.
If anyone has any thoughts/comments on this, it'd be greatly appreciated.
