Hi,
I'm in the situation described by the KB UDP Multicast Fails on Linux RIO Device with a Static IP.
It says that 2 files have to be modified : add the rule below to the network interface configuration files in /etc/ifplugd/ifplugd.actions and in /etc/natinst/networking/ifplugd.script.
However, etc/ifplugd/ifplugd.actions is a symbolic link that point onto /etc/natinst/networking/ifplugd.script file... So does this mean that in reality only one file has to be modified ?
Or the only other file within /etc/ifplugd folder, which is ifpludg.conf, is the one to be modified also ?

CyGa,
What's the model of your cRIO?. Welcome to the minefield of cRIO OS deployment of NI, I wish they would commit to 100% uniformity of performance across the OS's.

It's a 9049.
I applied the fix on the only file I could find and restarted the cRIO : unable to recognize it anymore! I guess I'm good for a factory reset...
