Target-to-host FIFO read very slow on sbrio 9636
It consumed alomost 20ms to read 10240 elements (3 bytes) from a target-to-host FIFO. Before FIFO read I checked 'elements remaining' option first to make sure that the bytes to be read were all in the FIFO. No codes were parallel to the FIFO read function.
