Strange Crashes with LabVIEW cRIO

Good day,

I have a LabVIEW cRIO-9030 running Compact RIO 18.0 and Real-Time 17.0.2.

Whilst developing an RT application I've been noticing some strange crashes where the RT program just... stops. All outputs retain their current values but there's no error output. It's as if someone just pressed the abort button and it cuts out. Trying to check any error wires is useless as they're not showing any errors before this happens.

It sounds similar to this issue: https://forums.ni.com/t5/Real-Time-Measurement-and/Debug-RT-Application-Crashing/td-p/3679298

Does anyone have any suggestions for debugging methods I could use or suggestions what might be causing this?

Ah I should have mentionned that - I did check it. No errors shown.

That's odd. I don't know if this is your next move but if you get desperate, you can sprinkle this logger through out your code to try and find what's happening right before your crash. Hopefully, you'll narrow it down

That looks helpful, I'll give that a go and see what crash logs it generates.

Many thanks.
