Source Distribution of a SoftMotion VI

I am attempting to build a Source Distribution of a VI written for a Real Time target.  I am using an NI cRIO 9047.  My VI is a SoftMotion vi that is controlling Mitsubishi Ether CAT drives.  I have installed the "SDI Plug-in - Mitsubishi MR-J4-TM" from the VI Package manager.  I can run my vi from the RT target manually.  I want to dynamically call the vi, so I am attempting to  build a source distribution of the vi.  When I attempt to build it, I get an error.  Attached is a jpeg with a screen shot of the error.  Any help with correcting my error would be appreciated.

According to this thread, restarting the system resolved the issues in numerous cases.

I have tried rebooting both the PC and the cRIO.  I still get the same error.  I also sent an email to my Mitsubishi rep.  I am wondering if the issue is with their plugin.  I will post any info I find out on the issue.
