You haven't specified any performance goals. I wouldn't use two loops I would schedule it in one loop. It might look something like:

 

Sample Channel 1

Sample Channel 2

Sample Low Speed Channel 3

Sample Channel 1

Sample Channel 2

Sample Low Speed Channel 4

...

 

and then you're sampling Ch1 and 2 at ~167S/sec

Sorry I didn't insert any details in my previous post. The NI 9208 has 16 channel, if I want to acquire 8 channels @50Hz and 8 channels @5Hz is that possible?


I mean theoretically if I acquire only 8 channels @50Hz I have a frequency sample of 62.5Hz but how the 8 channels @5Hz interfere in data acquisition from the module?
